- Wednesday, March 26 at 5:30 PM – 7:30 PM – Stress-Free Art Night: Printmaking! – Juneau – Explore the art of printmaking in a stress-free atmosphere. There’s fun for the whole family at this month’s Stress-Free Art Night! We’ll have instructions, tips, and all of the materials for you to create your own masterpiece.
It all happens on Wednesday, March 26th from 5:30-7:30pm at the JACC. Suggested donation entry of $5-10 (we also happily accept canned goods for donation to the Southeast Alaska Food Bank). - Wednesday, March 26 at 1:30 PM – Homeschool – Fairbanks – Customizing Clothing Art Workshop – In this workshop, participants will learn how to customize their own clothing using fabric paint and embellishments such as embroidery, adding a unique flair and personality to their garments. Clothing is a form of self-expression; we choose items that make us feel good and remind us of our interests. So why not personalize them even further? I will guide participants as they unleash their creativity to create a one-of-a-kind clothing article. This could be their favorite sweater, shirt, skirt, jeans, jacket—essentially, anything made of fabric!

Beer Release & Art Show with Label Artist Marissa – Join them on Wednesday, March 27, for the release of Yuki, our crisp and refreshing Japanese Rice Lager, alongside a special art pop-up with Marissa, the artist behind Yuki’s label! Hailing from Seward, Marissa’s work is deeply inspired by nature, and she has collaborated with organizations like NOAA and the UAF College of Fisheries and Ocean Sciences to communicate science through art. She also brings a strong connection to Japanese culture, having studied the language for 13 years in Anchorage’s Japanese immersion program.
- Friday, April 4, 2025 at 5 PM – 7 PM – Kenai – VISUAL FEAST KPBSD Student Art Show 2025 – Every year the Kenai Art Center and select jurors from the KPBSD school district art teachers put on a juried exhibition featuring the talents of local student artists. Join us in the main and back galleries on Friday April 4th at 5 pm for the Opening Reception of VISUAL FEAST– The 34th Annual KPBSD student art show. Artist talks, refreshments, live music and unique art are on the agenda for this great night. Free Event. Open to the public.

- Saturday, April 5, 2025 at 1 PM – 3 PM – Ketchikan – Scratchboard Workshop with Jamie-Lee Mitchell – Artist Jamie-Lee Mitchell will be leading a scratchboard workshop demonstrating techniques and guiding participants in making their own scratchboard art! All ages are welcome, but youth must be accompanied by an adult. This is a free event, no registration required.

- Friday, April 18, 2025 at 7 PM – Homer – Bunnell Arts by Air presents Courtney Rose – Courtney Tatellgaq Rose Griechen is an artist and musician originally from Pilot Point in Bristol Bay, now based in Anchorage. Their music is inspired by the honesty in small moments and memories, in the mundane, and life experiences expressed through a rhythm bari uke and an indie folk twist. Currently working on a solo project called Albatross and looking to release an EP in 2025, Courtney also plays with a four piece folk rock band, Murmur. Murmur began in 2019 and spent the last few years playing festivals and venues around Alaska, briefly touring with the Screaming Females in early 2023, and recording their first album.
